The Korbel group at EMBL Heidelberg developed a protein design pipeline, which quickly and successfully designs protein binders to bind your favourite protein. We validated their designs by NMR spectroscopy. It actually works pretty well as demonstrated by the Typas lab at EMBL Heidelberg.
